First aid/CPR Adults - on site
During the course the trainer speaks English.
In this course, you will learn the basics of first aid for adults.
- You will practice down on the floor during the course. Therefore we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
- For the course, you will be in a group of 10-14 people.
- Once the course has started, we may not be able to let you in. Please arrive early!
- Cancellations are common, so feel free to sign up for the waiting list.
- After the course, you will receive a certificate confirming your participation.
- The course is free of charge.
We love children, but to ensure that you and other participants can focus on the course content, children cannot attend. Older children, from about 13 years old, can be registered and participate as attendees.

- Kunna använda en hjärtstartare i kombination med hjärt-lungräddning
- Kunna hjälpa till att få bort ett föremål vid luftvägsstopp
- Kunna stoppa en blödning med ett direkt tryck
- Kunna förebygga cirkulationssvikt
- Känna till hur olycksfall kan förebyggas
- Kunna ge första hjälpen med hjälp av AKUT-testet vid misstanke om stroke
- Känna till vikten av att tänka på egen och andras säkerhet i olyckssituationer
- Känna till hur en kan vara ett stöd vid psykiska reaktioner
